2011 Event Review

The "Little Miss Blueberry" pageant was held Saturday, May 14.   20 young girls answered questions, danced in group numbers and demonstrated their talent in singing, karate, poetry reading and much more! The audience loved this year's theme"Cookin' Up Some Fun"!  Congratulations to all of the participants.  Look for "Little Miss Blueberry", Chloe Lowe, at the August 6 Blueberry Parade along with her court; Emily McCorry, Lauren Scese and Isabella Roy.

The Detroit Lions Basketball FUNdraiser for the Blueberry Festival was a hugh success!

The crowd was treated to an evening of fun and laughs when the Detroit Lions came to Imlay City High School to play in a basketball game!  Members of the community laced up their court shoes and tested their skills.

We had a 50/50 raffle and half-time activities while the Detroit Lions signed autographs.

Congratulations to the silent auction bidders who walked away with genuine NFL apparel signed by all 6 Lions!

What a great way to help support the fireworks during the August 5 & 6, 2011 Blueberry Festival!
