Welcome to Imlay City!

Last fall, R-Squared Builders reconstructed the Welcome Sign located on M-21 just west of the city.  The sign was in much needed repair and had to be rebuilt.

We love how the new sign looks! Non-profits interested in placing their emblem on the sign should contact the Chamber of Commerce for more information.

The Chamber of Commerce would like to thank the Four County Community Foundation and the Lapeer County Community Foundation for generously supporting this much-needed project.

Bringing Pride to Our Residents and Commerce to Our Businesses

Our commitment to the businesses and community of the Imlay City area runs deep, with this web site serving as an example of our pride and appreciation of the City.

Imlay City's location offers convenience and ease. Located at the intersection of I-69 and M-53, Imlay City lays in between Flint and Port Huron and within a 30 minute drive to the suburbs of Metro-Detroit.

Our Chamber of Commerce is an active and integral part Imlay City, Lapeer County and the entire region. Through many hours of hard work, and the help and cooperation of local businesses, we are proud to bring the fun and excitement of the Blueberry Festival, Merchant Trick or Treat and Imlay City's Winter Playground and Polar Express Parade each year to the city.  Please go to our Blueberry Festival website, www.imlaycityblueberry.com, for more information regarding the August 2 and 3, 2013 event.

There is always something to do in Imlay City located in Lapeer County.

We offer an online directory of Chamber businesses. Please be their guest and visit them when you're in town.

The Chamber also offers a variety of networking opportunities to members and the community.  We sponsor several seminars and guest speakers each year and we are a member of the Imlay City SEED Group.  The SEED Group is dedicated to bringing new businesses into Imlay City while helping established businesses grow and prosper.
