Merchants' Trick or Treat Saturday, October 25th 11:00am to 1:00pm Bring your little ghosts and goblins in their best disguise to Imlay City for Trick-or-Treating. There will be over 40 businesses participating. A list will be available in October 22nd issue of Tri-City Times. If you don't receive that paper, check at the local banks and/or participating merchants.
